  I normally don’t make posts like this but I hired Yard Master Property Mgmt. last year to cut our lawn. We then renewed with them again this year. They’ve been out ONCE so far this year, which yes I understand the rain. But the lack of communication was baffling to me. I reached out to see what was going on & they assured me they would be out on Friday 5/17 to cut the grass. Well 5/17 comes & goes, nothing. So I think they might’ve fallen behind and they were going to come on 5/18 (today). So I went to work and came back, nothing. Again when I talked to them on 5/16 they assured me that if anything changed they would let me know. So I again, reached out, this time for answers. I was answered with rude remarks & terminating our services/contract & proceeding to block me. So if anyone knows a new lawn care place, let me know 🤷🏻‍♀️🤘🏽
