  Whoever drives there vehicles needs help. They drive like as if they get rewarded for cutting people off and almost hitting other drivers/people. My friend had to literally jump out of the way into a bush to avoid being run over by one of these drives. The driver never slowed down. They weave in and out of lanes like they are filming a scene for the newest fast and furious. Hopefully the company can address this issue before something bad happens.

  The company as a whole is ok.. but the team that did my yard was awesome! Thanks to Buddy and his team they made the whole process easy and fun wile marking sure I knew what was happening and when as far as they c ould.

  My HoA has a maintenance contract with Heads Up. They don't have to care what my lawn looks like and it shows. I have been complaining about this for years and years now. During my last interaction with the tall blond lady supervisor, she could not stop laughing at me. I am old and use a cane to get around, my gait is unusual granted, but It should not be a source of amusement for your supervisor. (I included some common tools in the photos for scale)
