came to return an item And the service was terrible. I came prior and they denied my return. I came back and the cashier called the manger but I heard her say “it’s the lady from earlier” so the store manager Cindy comes towards me but with attitude like prepared to turn me away. She was actually arguing with me instead of being sympathetic or at least make me feel better about the situation she straight up is rude and unapologetic, she doesn’t know how to treat customers with any courtesy.

I went to this location to get a rig set up for a heavy punching bag and they have everything you'll ever need for most jobs . I love ace because there always staffed and full of knowledgeable associates who always make it clear they are there to help. Dino is especially helpful and has one of the best attitudes I've ever encountered. The ladies at the checkout stand are attentive and friendly and make this one of the best hardware stores in all of o.c.
