My visit to Woods what's the average professional and hospitable. I went in with the intention in repairs and maintenance done on a Honda push mower. The staff member was informative all they did not work on this model of more. However he did recommend a alternative shop that could work on. Being in the service industry (Construction) for more than 25 year myself I really did appreciate the honesty and time the staff member took, and the concern he show about my lawn equipment.

My husband went in for a specific part for his riding lawnmower.  He was waited on immediately.  The Gentleman waiting on him knew immediately what he wanted.  He thought that they had just sold the last part they had in inventory, but double checked to make sure.  He returned promptly with the exact part that was needed.  My husband was elated and came home and was back cutting grass in record time. He would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of parts.

Very quick, easy, helpful, and friendly service. They even gassed and oiled up our new machine before we left with it. Prices for what you're getting seem, to me, to be unbeatable. My brother is a small engine repairman and he recommends this brand name and this particular dealership location very highly.

Staff and service is excellent. They will help answer any questions and educate you on your equipment. I bought parts from them for my old mowers and a new ZT1 54 inch with 24 hp Kohler engine zero turn 2 years ago and continue to buy parts and maintenance things from them. I recommend them over any one. Very satisfied cub cadet and woods equipment in Pearl MS customer. Thank you

We bought our mower today from here. This is the go to place to buy a mower ! The process is fast and the staff is friendly. Thank you all so much for your help and for the food too! Great customer service and they deliver!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY WITH THESE PEOPLE. Zero stars. My mother let these people do some work on her lawn mower and when they returned it it wasn’t the one she sent to them. Do not trust them with your property. We know my mother took good care of her lawn mower and they returned her a beat up not even running lawn mower. They should be ashamed for swapping parts are whatever they did. We have videos/pictures of her riding her lawn mower and what they returned is NOT her lawn mower.

To help clear this up  I could send you the paper work that was filled out and signed with the serial number on it so you can match it up with the one on the mower?? Also we can pull up on the camera system the mower being dropped off so you can see for yourself it is the correct mower—

I just purchased a cadet zero turn from woods. I was very pleased how they handle their business there. I had to pay $100 more there than Home Depot but I would much rather support our small town businesses. I’m waiting for it to be delivered as I type this. Thanks woods I will buy from you again!

They are very, very nice, considerate and got me in and helped me get my very first zero turn lawn mower and it was a wonderful experience for me to be able to buy such a lawn mower on credit. I had never done that before. They were thoughtful and considerate of my needs. I'm very very very happy with my business with them. A wonderful family indeed.... I had to order a part for my lawnmower. I was told it would be in the next day after 12:pm. I went out to the store the part didn’t come in and it would have saved me some mile driving if they had called to say the part didn’t come in. Communication is the key.
