We use West  for termite and pest control since 2020, they are great. They give me advance notice and schedule the visit professionally.

David is great, he is very polite and friendly. He explain every question (even from my 6 years old) and takes time to inspect and treat.  I strongly recommend him.

We used West Termite for an issue we had at our home when we first moved in and for annual termite inspections. July/August 2019 was our last contact with them. I was called today to set up an appointment for our annual inspection and kindly told the employee that we had begun using another company instead. She replies with “so you want to cancel your policy?” We have NO policy or contract with West Termite and did not agree to a set number of months/years that the company would regularly come out to perform services at our home. Her wording made it seem as if we had a “policy” with the company that required a cancellation. We never set up a policy or an appointment that needed canceled. Seems like a shady marketing tactic to make customers feel as if they signed a contract with the company and have to “opt out” of their services rather than “opt in” as it should be. “Would you like to forgo setting up an appointment for a yearly inspection?” would’ve been a better choice of words.

Update: I spoke with an associate who called me today to ask about our “policy” and he clarified the situation for me. He was kind, friendly, and we will use West again for our annual inspection before we move.  I appreciated the call and his kindness.
