  They absolutely trash all of the medians and swales around the village of Wellington by cutting with big heavy movers when the ground is too wet and saturated.....they get stuck and end up leaving huge ruts......really sloppy.... They also cut my swale on Paddock and leave huge clumps of grass everywhere.....

  Extremely rude owner (Philip? He's Australian/European) and manager (Marvin). I feel unsafe having them on my property, but it's the lawn care my community uses. They actively say they don't like me because I asked for a quote two years ago, did not authorize them to do the repair, then they did the repair without notifying me, then showed up at my door demanding payment for a service I couldn't afford and did not authorize. Now, two years later, I am still harassed for this when their mower flung a rock and shattered my window and broke my screen. They show up unannounced, are very rude, don't like women!!!, dismiss me, call me a liar, and throw this one time misunderstanding in my face years later. Wish I could rate them NO stars and sincerely hope my community does not re-hire them. Stay away, especially if you're a woman!

  Extremely poor communication skills. No return phone calls. They are very lucky to have the village of Wellington supporting them. Otherwise, chances are they would be out of business. Wake up Wellington!
