I have called and emailed almost every week for the past month. They promise they will come out if you see weeds between services. Don’t believe them. I paid for a full season service. Tons of weeds. Every time I call I get “someone will be out this week” and no one shows. Just got told that a fourth time this morning. Let’s see if they actually follow through. Garbage service. Will never use them again.

I asked them last year 2021 to do weed killer and fertilizer. The results were not satisfactory. I could buy the weed killer from market for 80 dollars and spray 3 times in the season. Doesn't worth the money and results.

Awful service, MIS diagnosed lawn issue with zero Follow up.  Constantly pushing their packages that don’t treat core issues.  Had to replace entire lawn.  When I cancelled they hounded me and then gave a bunch of excuses.  After two treatments this is what the yard looked like.

Have been using Weedman all summer with HORRIBLE results. Over past 25 yrs. lawn has looked reasonable whether landscaper did fertilizing or i did it myself. After 5 Weedman visits this year, there are huge areas on just plain dead grass and other areas that are crummy looking. After first few treatments we still had crabgrass/weeds so called for xtra treatment. they sprayed for weeds a couple of times and maybe that's what killed the grass. EVEN WORSE i have called and emailed several times and asked them to repair the dead areas AND HAVE NOT EVEN HAD A REPLY.

Extremely disappointed. I have invested a significant amount of money in this company and I now have a ruined lawn. Front yard was completely destroyed by insects and technicians never identified the problem. I have been out of town quite a bit and they have stopped by 4 times in the last 30 days which gave them ample opportunity to notify me of this issue. Best they cold do was to offset $50 off an insect treatment.

Unfortunately, many of these damaging lawn pests can be easily mistaken for other symptoms, such as drought, heat stress, or turf disease. In many cases damage can accelerate quickly, and with the amount of time between our applications, pest issues can accelerate to a point where a treatment cannot prevent damage. We understand your frustration over your lawn's state and hope we can achieve a speedy recovery.
