  I reached out to Kelsey, a customer representative in the Jacksonville FL area, to discuss adding an aeration service to my lawn. Kelsey was extremely cordial, and knowledgeable with my request. The service was immediately included to ensure my lawn is maintained properly. Good job Kelsey!!!

  Don't bother with this company. Have had nothing but issues since signing up for service. Was given a date for consult and initial service and no one ever showed up. Gave them 48 hours expecting an email or phone call explaining the delay, but never received one. Had to call the company myself to find out that the technician ran out of product and was unable to finish his route. I was then advised that I had been rescheduled for another date and the technician did show up for that specified time. Fast forward to the second treatment; same issue. Received an email on Jan 5th that there would be a technician treating my yard on the 6th. No one ever showed up and I didn't receive any communication for the company as to why. Had to call today to find out that something happened that they were unable to finish the route again, but they treated my neighbor's yard. I don't know if this company is just over their head after branching out down here from Georgia, or if they truly are that incompetent. I understand some things come up, but reach out to the costumer and let them know that you are aware of the situation, this is why it happened, and that you are scheduled now for such and such date. Seems pretty simple to me.

  If you’re looking for a new lawn care company I highly suggest Weedman! Their new management has really stepped up their game. Wonderful customer service, very professional & responsible. Absolutely loving how my yard is looking and definitely recommending to all my new neighbors!
