  Beware… the only reason I even know who this company is, is because they sent me an overdue bill asking for money! Apparently this was the terminate company the previous owners of my house used. I’ve never met, discusses or seen anyone from Wayne’s. Now, I do see the benefit in having termite/ pest control so I wanted to keep the service. But when I called to ask about my bill and to explain I haven’t seen any technicians at my house. The lady I spoke to was Cindy. Every time I told Cindy that I’ve never seen a Tech at my house, she would NEVER acknowledge it. She acted like she didn’t believe me. I have a motion detection security camera on all corners of my home. I know on a daily basis who comes and who goes. I know when the mail man delivers, when the trash man comes, when my dogs go outside to the bathroom and even if the wind blows the American flag I have on my porch. I see everything! So after explaining this to Cindy, she assured me that I was wrong. Cindy stated that a tech has come onto my property every month since June, totaling 8 visits. I have never seen anyone inspecting my property. I just find it hard to believe that I get notifications from any movement around my house but for some reason, can’t catch their tech on my camera system who’s been here 8 times? However, I will say I see them visit my neighbor… I hope he gets better service than me! I spoke to 2 other pest control companies and they both talked about how much of a nightmare Wayne’s is. I’m beginning to understand what they both were talking about. I will more than likely end up canceling services from them and going with another pest control company.

  My service provider is awesome and quite professional (Tyler). He was taking care of my neighbors lawn when I approached him about how to sign up. When he finished the neighbors lawn he was able to give me a quote and had paperwork emailed to me to e-sign. I appreciate him making it easy.

  Waynes pest control has been inspecting our house for 30 years. They are always so nice on the phone and when they come out to inspect. They are very professional and informative. Always are here when they say they will be. They also took care of a carpenter bee problem we had! I highly recommend them!
