  With little or few options for shopping in Aberdeen, it is inevitable that the resident of that area has to go to Walmart sooner or later. Apparently there seems to be some kind of issue where the customers character is concerned. The Garden Center, though it is advertised as being open 24/7, that is NOT so. Forget about buying anything in there after 8 pm because that is when they close it. Self check out shuts down at night as well for whatever reason. Need to by some electronics or computer products? Maybe you just need to buy a new cell phone because you dropped yours and broke the screen after eating dinner at a local restaurant Well you can kiss that idea goodbye as well. The whole electronics department gets barricaded off and closed at 9 PM . If you don't like being treated like a criminal shoplifter, I don't advise shopping in Aberdeen Walmart anytime after dark. Otherwise, be prepared to be judged and labeled a low life if you do your shopping at night. And I hope you're not pressed for time when shopping in the evening for groceries. You may find it absurdly frustrating standing in a long line at the checkout counter while several Walmart associates stand around chewing the fat with only one checker doing their job. Other than that, it is the typical experience with under qualified employees that have very little knowledge about products they sell . Just like is at every other Walmart across the country. Aren't Corporations fantastic? Enjoy!
