  The people that own this business are so unprofessional. They never call you back or they never show up for scheduled lawn cutting. When you do get a hold of someone they make up stories as to why they didn't show and promise they will come next day but they dont show. Poor work ethics or they just dont care. We will never recommend to others since they are so disrespectful to their clients and lie constantly. They make no attempt at all to keep regular customers. We were customes for three summers and they didnt have the courtesy of calling us back. Do nt bother with outfit.

  I won a gift certificate for their service. I called to set up arrangements to redeem the gift certificate. They said they would call back to set up a date. I waited a week. I called back they claimed they forgot to call me. The person said they would be out the following week. I waited another week no show, no one called to confirm or to notify me if they cancelled. I called back two other times after this left voicemail. I never received a call back or anything. So in total I have waited 3 weeks and 4 phone calls and there has been NO service or NO return calls. I had to give a star in order for this to post.

  Scheduled an appointment for an estimate on 06-20-2018. They never showed, cancelled, or contacted me to reschedule. Left a message for them on 06-25-2018 and again on 07-02-2018. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me back if they had changed their minds, even after I requested a call back when I left the messages. What terrible business practices.
