  All thought vickery lawn service was an excellent lawn service when they started out doing my lawn and they were a big help and for the amount of money I was paying them to do my lawn for the price for them to spend 30-45 minutes to mow and weeded a little every other week and my yard isn’t small and yes I did complain a couple times because my yard wasn’t done all the way a couple times and yes we have had a lot of rain but to be told that they weren’t doing the shepherd run because it was costing them to much money to come out here to shepherd is very disappointing especially when I see them every week up the road from my house still doing lawn in shepherd Texas and July has already passed and I still see them mowing so I assume instead of just being told that they didn’t want to do my lawn anymore cause I complained about my lawn not being Finished a time or two I assume I just told that because they didn’t want me to rant because they couldn’t be truthful to me and say it was because i complained and who wouldn’t if some only mowed part of your yard especially if it wasn’t wet and you still had to paid the full amount that’s not very good customer service and truthful customer service I service 745 customers on a daily basis sometimes 6 days a week and yes I have had complaints when I have made a mistake or if have not done my job throughly. I would not discontinue my service or make up something or be untruthful just because of a mistake or an incompletion of a job that would not be very good customer service now would it be. If I hadn’t seen them still mowing in shepherd after being told this I wouldn’t have post a review but I’m sorry I had to

  We’re sorry you felt a three star review about our business was needed, but not continuing to mow your yard was a business decision. We do continue to do a couple of commercial properties in Shepherd which is why you see us there but we no longer do any residential properties there. We came to your property on several occasions and it was too wet, so we would have to make a second trip, which is 40 mins round trip with several guys, so we were losing money on the job. We had one occasion (the picture posted) where you were unhappy with the job. We had been yo your property and it was too wet to mow. We later sent a different crew that had never done your yard so we could accommodate you once your yard once it was dry enough and they missed a section (this is the posted pic), but we did send the crew back to fix it. We are sorry we could no longer do business with you.

  Mike and his crew are awesome! They rescued me from the landscaping mess that was left by a previous landscaper. He was on time, very courteous and professional. He listened to what I wanted and did everything I asked, plus! We had trouble finding some plants and trees that I wanted, but I when we found them he drove about an hour to pick them up for me. I am thrilled with the completed project which included hauling in dirt & installing a new flower bed with a stone border, laying rock and flagstone for a walkway, installing a rock parking space for my golf cart and planting 2 trees. Thank you Mike!!!!
