Unfortunately we have had really bad customer service at this location. We recently moved to the area and needed multiple pieces of equipment for our new ranch. We have been dealing directly with the store manager Terri so if his example is how this store is run then clearly customers aren’t a priority. We bought a brand new JD mower, paid cash in full, over 20k in January. We never received the mower until March. The only reason we ever got it was from calling REPEATEDLY and basically saying give us our money back. It is now July and we are still waiting on the specialty tires we also ordered and paid for back in January. When my husband repeatedly called for them he was told by Terri that they were mistakenly sold to someone else and he had to reorder them. After calling again we were told they were in and he would send someone out with them as soon as he could “shake someone loose”. This man has apparently no care in the world that we’ve been waiting 6 months. Needless to say our tractor and all other equipment were bought at another dealer. I won’t set foot in that place ever again.

Great place to do business. Dustin was great, answered all of my questions, and helped me decide on my new 48 inch zero turn. He delivered it to me and made sure that I knew how to operate it before he left. Looking forward to doing business here for future purchases! Thanks Dustin and United Ag.
