Last year was our first year using ULTRA Lawn.  We had 5 visits.  Reasonable cost. They called the day before scheduled appointment as a reminder message. The people doing our treatments were always willing to answer questions. They all seemed to like their jobs. We have had a problem with Creeping Charlie. And ULTRA Lawn made it much better.  Our lawn is looking the best it has looked in years.  Thanks to ULTRA Lawn.

I used another lawn service and I had weeds that I didn’t want in my yard. I asked if they could get rid of the weeds and they said not those weeds. I was also given advice that didn’t make sense and it didn’t work. Ultra lawn came in and said it straight, that those weeds are tough to kill, but they will be eliminated and my grass will be an Ultra Lawn yard. My yard had come a long way and I look forward to more great results. Ultra lawn is winning the war on those weeds.

ULTRALawn helped us get our lawn back after the 2020 derecho. We had sparse growth and lots of weeds. Cedar Rapids Friends and Neighbors, I would HIGHLY suggest NOT using Ultra Lawn. We had issues with them this entire 2021 season.  At the end of the season our lawn had so many weeds you would have thought we didn’t treat it.  We mentioned the issues several times when they came to treat the lawn. We called to speak with a Supervisor at the end of the season and offered to send pictures, all we wanted is what we paid for, and they basically told us to take our business somewhere else.
ULTRA LAWN DOES NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY ARE PAID FOR.

This one star rating comes as a surprise to us. We serviced this property for 7 years and didn't have any problems until this year. The lawn has slowly been declining since they decided to lower their budget and only receive 1/2 of our program. The lawn went 3 months during this stressful summer without a treatment. At this point in the Fall it's been 2 1/2 months since a treatment. We expect new weeds to germinate between visits which is why our program includes more frequent visits. We provide free weed treatments for our program customers; unfortunately we don't spray weeds for free during a time frame from which they opted out. One of our owners called to try to explain this from a professional and horticultural stand point and even offered to make an exception to our policy and spray the weeds. We haven't heard back.

We've been using UltraLawn well over a decade. We really appreciate their  work.  They are not pushy and are very accommodating.

I found Ultralawn after a horrible experience with a competing landscaper in the area. I had several projects I wanted to complete but in stages. I am appreciative of several aspects that Ultralawn provided; 1) they answered the phone, I didn't have to leave endless voicemails, 2) they scheduled and got back to me on estimates in a timely manner, 3) their estimates matched my research of what projects of my size should cost, 4) they arrived on time, completed the projects in a timely manner, and cleaned up after they were completed on each of my projects. Kyle and his crew are excellent and I highly recommend Ultralawn to do hardscape and would use them again. Because they did such good work on the hardscape I hired them to complete the annual lawn care and mowing of my property. My lawn always looks superb and the curb appeal is excellent.
