If you have a good technician everything is great.. but I prepaid last season and had numerous no shows for scheduled appointments. Also when some one did show up for them half the time they did the bare minimum work were here and gone very quickly.. the technicians that did a good job used over 5 gals and the ones who didn't used 2 or under just to give an idea of the difference.

TruGreen over promises and under delivers! I could write a small thesis on the challenges I've had trying to get the service promised. Suffice it to say that choosing this company was a big mistake. In order not to commit liable... I will not detail the litany of excuses I received, the promised calls I did not get, and oh, if you're a business customer, their answering service doesn't respond to calls or emails on the weekend. Don't do business with this local group - pathetic!

I have been told on multiple occasions that I would be getting a phone call the day before services so that I could prepare my yard and make sure all of my pets were in the house. Once again they show up with no phone call. I have also said that I only want the services I get done on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. They showed up today and it’s Tuesday and I didn’t receive my phone call telling Me that they would be here. Guess what TruGreen you have gone to my house for the last time!!! I will be finding a different company!!!! You guys can’t follow my simple instructions. Over it!!!!
