After reading the reviews I understand why my lawn looks worse then it has since I lived in my home. I thought my grass was burned from the weed treatment and I have threads of pink grass as well. I even have bald spots after reseeding. The person that came out said I have grubs.. How can that be when they gave me grub treatment????? I also had an experience where their person, claim they treated my lawn but they did not. I had a video showing they did not treat the lawn.. It's time for me to move on.

This is my second year of using TruGreen from this branch. Without fail, I am calling the company to schedule my own treatments every month. When left to the company, they either miss treatments or schedule upwards of 10 weeks between treatments. Every person I talk to expresses that they will make a “note” in my account and will make sure that treatments are scheduled on time. Getting people on the phone is also a challenge, I have never had more dropped calls or longer wait times. After two years, and over $1,000 my yard looks no better and I am still begging people to complete the work I have already paid for. While the price may beat other companies, the work and dedication the company has to help your lawn look better is nonexistent. In fact, they actively work to make sure the treatments do not get done. My two neighbors use the same program as I do and the company will complete a yard treatment next door and skip over the other two even though they are all due. I would never recommend this company.

Like all other comments that have been written about True Green here. I, myself did not have a good experience with this company and was very disappointed by their service. They sent an alert about their arrival for your lawn treatment but you have to make sure they actually do the job they committed to. They technician arrived but did not step out of the truck. After a while they will stick a sign on your lawn and then leave. I called True Green about this and reported about this issue. Long story short, I asked for all my money back. They said they will take the money for the treatment and I said I have the video of what occurred that day and will present it to them. After a few back and forth they finally returned back my money (which took about one month). It’s unfortunate to say but I won’t recommend this company to anyone.
