I used tru green on two properties. The lawns are left no better than when tru green started. So I wasted a bunch of money. In some areas where it appears they burn the lawn it never came back even after I managed to get one property over seeded last fall by them. The grass seed never germinated. I do not recommend trugreen. Your better off getting a local company.

My husband has been trying to get a supervisor out to house for 3 weeks. The last application turn our beautiful green lawn to hay. We have called at least 10 times and we are always promised a call back within 24 hours and that has never happened. We have had 2 set appointments and no one shows up. A service person came by and took a picture of our grass to send to the supervisor and still no one shows up. This happened last year too and at least someone showed up to correct. What do we have to do to get service?!!

My amazing Trugreen lawn. After several calls, this is what I am left with. I called again today and they are going to evaluate...again.... I've lived here for 8 months 4 of which my lawn was pretty good (a few small iffy spots) I started Trugreen in March. It has only gotten worse with very little help despite paying nearly 100 a month.
