UNTRUSTWORTHY. DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS. When I called to cancel today, I was told “just in case this doesn’t cancel, just call us and we will credit you for the service.” Basically telling me it is LIKELY they will ignore my cancellation request and still try and charge me for services. The reason for cancellation: I have a dog and from the day I signed up, I was clear that my backyard should never been treated. No one ever listened to this request. I called 3 different times waited on hold for at least 30 min every time and, was ASSURED all three times that the NEXT technician would not treat the backyard. Again, the backyard was treated. As noted, I tried to cancel, we will see if they try and scam some additional money from me. SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND DO NOT USE THEM.

I have been using TruGreen for 3 years now. My neighbor doesn’t take care of their lawn and all their weeds were taking over my lawn. TruGreen fixed all that and now my lawn is the envy of neighbors.

TruGreen brought back our lawn after subpar service and maintenance from a lawn service. It is well worth the cost ensuring that our lawn receives nutrients, weed and pest control. Also irrigation of lawn but not necessarily every year.
