  Every thing i buy for my Guinea pig is making him sick this is the 2sd time it happens when i buy stuff for him from your store... fix it asap

  Staff is always friendly and helpful and I always go in for one thing and come out with extra items because they have so much great stuff. Quality tools, pet supplies, fun gadgets that you just have to try AND this time of year you can visit the chicks and ducklings they have for sale - so fluffy and cute. Today I needed 100ft of basic light-duty fencing and they had every height in stock but the one I need. I took a photo of the tag w/the item # from the shelf, brought it to the cust service desk, and the lady said that they didn't have any more in the store but she could order it for me. She placed the order and set it to ship to my home. When I asked how much the shipping would be, she said she had waived it (it would have been $63 to ship). Excellent service!

  Great place to get curbside pickup of supplies for my livestock. Very friendly, fast and helpful staff. Sometimes have to order items online since this is a smaller store. I’ve gotten some great bargains here when items were leaving TSC’s inventory, hopefully in the future they will expand. Got my favorite sturdy, well-built coop with run, $$$ off.
