  Staff is very helpful but would like it if you would teach your staff not to call people " Honey, Sweety or any other pet names they can think of. It is not very professional. A good afternoon or morning is such a kinder way to greet people. thank you

  Been here twice today wanting to bath my dog and no one still hasn’t cleaned the bath house for hours after I asked the first time and second time. When I came back the 3rd time they acted like I was being a Karen for after asking a few times to clean it before washing my dog after 2 hours. By state law CAPCA ITS TO BE CLEANED EACH AND EVERY TIME after use. I understand they get busy. There is no excuse for their attitude today . I have spent thousands of dollars here in just under a yr. I will no longer shop here. When this isn’t cleaned you risk of viruses Regards Meredith Mazutis of RMD
