  Huge shout out to Seth and Sarah! Didn't exactly know what we were signing up for other than having our irrigation system serviced; but from step one of scheduling the appointment all the way through the completion of the work, the customer service far exceeded my expectations. Sarah let me know what the process would be in terms of first having the area surveyed for utilities lines as well as what the initial fees and hourly charge would be. Fully transparent which I truly appreciated. Seth showed up this morning and walked me through what his plan would be. He made recommendations on what needed to be addressed right away as well as areas of opportunity over time. His professionalism and workmanship were outstanding! So much, in fact, that I decided to write this review (which I do not often do). Absolutely 5 stars! Thanks again Sarah and Seth

  This landscape services company did a great job designing and installing my irrigation and lighting systems. Over the years Seth and his team have maintained both systems perfectly, suggesting improvements from time to time that save money and improve performance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Triad Irrigation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and highly reliable landscape partner!

  This is a wonderful landscape and irrigation company. I don’t normally write reviews, but they deserve a good one. Seth goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and save them money. Very responsive and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Triad and surrounding areas.
