  They came and sprayed my yard tonight... at 7pm... without knocking on my front door to let me know they were there or calling beforehand to tell me they were coming. They then ignorantly sprayed over or around every single dog toy that was in my yard. The employee didn't even realize what he was doing, and only stopped because I saw it happening and said something, leading me to think he's done it many times before in many other yards. Not only did he just ruin about 35 dog toys, if I hadn't noticed he was doing that, it could have been an extremely high veterinary bill for me and a potential toxicity for my dog. If a company is going to put a sign on my front lawn saying to "stay off lawn until dry," for safety reasons or other, they better be smart enough to not spray their product on something that an animal is going to chew on and ingest. I do not care if they product is water soluble, your employees should be smart enough and trained enough to AT LEAST knock on the front door to tell the customer they are there, so the customer has the chance to pick up anything in the yard they do not want sprayed. I am extremely disappointed in the service of this company.

  I have canceled my contract with TNT in March/April via phone calls. The manager returned my call and confirm the cancellation. However, they continues sent another bill to me after the cancellation, which of course I will not pay for it. I called them many times but all ended up with voice mails. No responses yet. I just received another bill with the overdue on the wrong bill too. This is totally unprofessional and unreasonable.

  @AngieByte TNT landscaping company is a great and loyal company! TNT Landscaping is sorry for spraying past the yard line and will work harder to correct this mistake! TNT is a great company and has delighted many customers! Keep up the good work TNT landscaping I look forward to reading more reviews as the years continue!!
