  So I was looking for a very hard to find part for a snowblower I have that is discontinued. Was given Timberlands number from a third party. I called and spoke to Jim he researched and found the part I needed (possibly the last one in existence) within a couple hours he called me back with a great price on the part . between him and a woman who's name I unfortunately can't remember they had the part shipped out to me in NY that same day. Absolutely amazing service and amazing people.
