  These guys did a great job from start to finish. Went over the job in detail and made suggestions that improved my original design by adding the retaining wall. I couldn’t be happier with the result, but you can see for yourself. Despite how busy they were, Alex was upfront on when he could start and finish and stuck to his schedule. I was concerned about damaging the lawn around the patio and from the front through the gate. However, any areas that did get damaged they fixed and seeded and within weeks it was like they weren’t there.

  We wanted to enjoy our backyard more for the summer months. Looked into multiple paver patio companies and ultimately settled on three brothers. I tend to price everything out myself and see the cost of product and calculate labor to see what a fair price would be. They were priced the closest at what I felt was a fair market value. Alex came by and we spoke through what I was looking for. They began right away and I was amazed at how quickly they worked and accomplished the job. It was completed in about 3 days (not counting the rain days) and I kept adding onto the project last minute. I started with about 620 SQFT and ended at just under 1,000 SQFT. I am glad I went bigger and added on. I felt like I would have regretted keeping the project smaller to save some money. Now I feel like I will use more of the backyard for entertaining and enjoy not sitting in the mud. I am also that annoying home owner who likes to watch everything to learn what they are doing and they answered all of my questions and concerns. With the rain I noticed some water coming into the basement since so much dirt was dug out and moved. They dug up the gutter drain lines they buried and routed them out further away from the house. They were responsive to all of my concerns and requests and answered everything fully. I already asked them to price me out for a walkway in front of my house. I highly recommend and plan on using again.

  Three Brothers Maintenance is outstanding-Highly recommend them! Alex was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The entire crew worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail to make sure the job was done right. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the pricing was extremely fair as well. Absolutely love our new patio!
