This is my second year using Organic Turf and in the first year they did wonders on my struggling, weedy lawn - and it just keeps getting better!  My mom has been so impressed with the transformation that she has made the switch to Organic Turf this year for her own lawn.  I especially appreciate the communication.  The techs always text the day before, call when they are on their way, and then leave a detailed report of their visit.  100% recommend!

My yard is looking worst than it ever has this year. In prior years, I had been somewhat satisfied with Organic Turf, enough to trust them with my yard again this year. However, this year has been a total waste of money. I actually had voiced my concern with a phone representative prior to my last application. So this review doesn't have anything to do with Bailey, the last tech that serviced my lawn. I didn't expect a miracle from him. It appears that he did his job, but my yard still looks a wreck if that makes any sense. On a small culdesac, my yard looks the worst but I am the only yard that gets treated (except the house on corner, technically not my street). Her yard looks great! Serviced by a competitor. Not only is my yard Brown in so many areas but the weeds are everywhere. What is the treatment for!?

I want to start by saying thank you for allowing us to serve you these past 3 years.  I hope that from our time together, you can see we work tirelessly to do the right thing for our customers and as such, we presume that is why you rewarded us with your loyalty and continued business.  I know of no other lawn care company in the area that has the communication and quality control programs which we do.  We desperately want to make sure you are satisfied.  It is for this reason that Bailey called you before he came to your lawn.  You had mentioned to him that your lawn didn't look good and he did indeed provide you feedback agreeing when he informed you that your lawn has a Fungus.  Its the lawn equivalent of you catching a virus and becoming ill.  In that scenario, you wouldn't be right to be upset with your physician yet somehow you're clearly upset with us for the condition of your lawn due to a fungus outside of our control.  If the weeds are still persisting, we want to make it right with a free service call; that is the main reason for our 2 week email check-in!  I understand Rishelle has spoken with you today regarding your needs and we're sending a supervisor out next week to speak with you and work to find a resolution. [Jason]

Normally at this time of year my lawn looks like it is on life support. This was our first year having our lawn professionally treated and it really shows. I have received a number of positive comments from neighbors about my property and their interest in also having the Organic Turf Company care for their yard. We have a few other houses in the neighborhood who use some of the local competitors, and I wish I could say that they got the same results, but it just wouldn't be true.

The Organic Turf Company did weed control on my lawn all last year.  I convinced myself that if they handled it for the year, it would be better in year 2.  Unfortunately, the lawn is beginning year 2 exactly as it began year 1 - having a problem with "non-grass" growth.

The point of hiring this service to be done by professionals is to end up with a better lawn than I could do myself.  I have hired them for this year - but based on the current condition of the lawn (and my neighbors' lawn done by another company), I am doubting there will be a further contract with The Organic Turf Company.

I'm really sorry that our Customer Satisfaction Survey email upset you so much.  It's part of our normal Quality Assurance Program which we send about a week after each application we make and you, of course, can opt out of it from any of the email footers. We send it for precisely this reason; so that we can hear feedback in the off chance that you are not pleased.  Usually, when clients are unhappy, they call us or reply to that email and we work to find a solution.  Our Customer Service Team Lead has called and spoke with you and we look forward to our Branch Manager coming to speak with you about your concerns.  We really do care about all of our customers, and look forward to resolving your concerns.

I’m devastated. I put money and sweat in this lawn. And whatever this people applied to my lawn KILLED all  newly grown grass. This is what my lawn look like now. Last year they seeded two spots (also on photos) for me and charged me over  $200, and now there’s no grass there either because they killed it. I will have to have my whole backyard reseeded “thanks” to this people. Would not recommend them to my worst enemies.

Prior to your email communication to us on Friday evening, we had not heard written or spoken communication from you since we were working to collect a past due balance in January.  Its really sad that instead of coming to us and allowing us to work with you on these issues, you've pronounced failure upon us without even allowing us to help you with a diagnosis or resolution.  In our Organic Turf Family agreement (found on our website home page), we ask of you "- Polite and professional dialogue with all team members. - Prompt payment of all services completed. - A genuine, open minded desire to resolve issues and to trust our honest guidance. - A call or email the moment something isn’t right with your lawn. Fungus, Insects, and disease act quickly and we will respond quickly to address these issues. - Honest feedback when we ask how things are. Our livelihoods come from your satisfaction and we will work to ensure we make right any issues you communicate to us."

From those 5 bullet points in our agreement, we unfortunately have not experienced those from you.  We're here to help, and have placed an unreturned call to you first thing on Monday once we were aware of your troubles, but really find it sad that you've slammed us so hard for what looks to be a fungus issue from the photos you posted.  We're here to help you should you choose to call us back and work thru this together in a professional manner. [Jason]

Added Organic Turf as my lawn care provider who was highly recommended by my neighbor. Chris showed up a few days later and completed the treatments and left a detailed review. The lawn looks great, and I was very happy about the timely response. Im looking forward to a beautiful lawn and great relationship.

The service tech who applied our first application did so very quickly and efficiently.  We have had our yard "serviced" by a neighbor in the fertilizer industry for several years and he did an excellent job with concern for organic and pet-friendly ingredients.  Hoping to have the same experience with Organic Turf.

Charles is professional while applying fertilizer/weed control. This was their fourth treatment and the yard looks great.  He assured me that the weeds that were "moving in" were going to be gone after this application.
Less than 2 weeks and he was correct.   Plus, I had to wait until the yard got cut to show off the beauty in the picture below.  Thank you Charles.
