The Mower Shop is awesome. They are the best online Grasshopper supplier period. They have shipped out parts fast and if something is on backorder (only once) they are quick to make a call and give the eta. Great service and prices.

They have helped move my 928D Turbo project along.

Was not overly fond of this place they seem to be more interested in the customers that they already have versus the customers that they could have. Also an employee told me that if a repair job is done here that people who buy from them take precedence over people who have bought their equipment elsewhere which I do not agree with simply because everybody's money is the same color and if I'm paying you to repair my mower I should not get back burnered because someone comes in who purchase theirs from the place itself. That's telling me I'm a second rate customer in the repair aspect of the shop.

We are sorry that you feel this way Douglas. Generally, this is how most dealerships operate whether it be power equipment, vehicles, etc. We want to service our customers that buy from us and not from outside sources, first. We do hope you come back and visit us In the future.

I left a 661 there for almost 3 weeks to have a rear handle changed never touched it never gave me a call, my family 12 others family's rely on our tools to pay our Bill's yet here we are with no saw and no way to continue our work and feed our families they asked me if I just wanted to buy a new one if I had money to buy a new one I would have very unreliable, very unprofessional, i will never use them again would highly recommend no one needing fast professional service use them . I pray they know how many lives they just affected. It's a shame
