I purchased an item online that they don’t have in stock or will get in stock for like six months or more and have been calling for days but they won’t return my phone calls, won’t refund my money they keep passing the buck….. this place is not a place I would order anything from. Meanwhile I’m stuck in limbo with hundreds of dollars out and can’t seem to get it refunded🤷‍♂️.

Soo placed an order back in January to have it shipped have not heard anything at this point even sent a few emails with no response I just want a refund the times I have called no one could really help me and got the runaround seems like Travis is never there to get answers

Once again these guys had what I needed. I needed some random machine screw length to attach some handles to our cabinets we remodeled, and these guys had it in stock. I'm glad they're here when I've needed them.

They had what we wanted at a reasonable price: the two staff that helped us were helpful. I'd recommend this place to others.

If you are needing a good amount of material,  you are better of going some else. The way they charge for rentals is messed up. They break it down up to an 1/8 of a day which is awesome, but if you have their equipment when they close you get charged for a full day. I rented a piece and they way it was explain to me I should have only paid a day and half, instead I got socked for two days.

Nick, thanks for the review. I see we have some room to grow on the equipment rental side. I would love to make this right. What did you rent? The computer software automatically computes the time breakdown based on when something is rented out to when it is returned. It gives a generous grace period of time so this sort of thing doesn't happen. You must have come in just after the grace period. It may have charged the full amount. Anyhow, I would love to see about getting you a credit on another rental but would need to speak with you about the details before I can commit to exactly what we can do. Please get in touch with myself (Travis) or my assistant manager to discuss. Lets see if we can turn that frown upside down and into a five-star rating :).
