  I feel mixed with Matthew Vrooman, the owner of this company. First time I used him, he did an amazing job on my yard. I'm having a conversation with his secretary in e-mail later, and the price for regular mowing was a little higher than the price he quoted me when he was actually there in my yard. I asked about it, and she never responded. A long time later, I called again and got voice mail during working hours. Never received a return call for that, either. I liked him, seemed like a nice guy, and he worked really hard, but not sure what to make of the price change and lack of communication.

  Hi, first and foremost, we would like to offer our sincerest apologies for the lack of communication and in a timely manner. We are not big on excuses so I will not offer any, we accept responsibility for our shortcomings in this matter. We take customer relations very seriously and hold a great deal of pride in the outstanding reputation we have built in customer relations specifically. This is not something we run into too often but, unfortunately, we do have the occasional scenario where we have something "fall thru the cracks", for lack of better terms. It seems that is what occurred in this instance.
