We are new to the area and Mitchell reached out and introduced himself. He has proven to be such a reliable resource for us. Especially since we did not know anyone to the area. He’s both professional and very responsive. Each and every time I have reached out to him he’s got back to us. We love that he keeps our lawn and those of our neighbors so beautifully groomed. I've talked to Mitch multiple times over the years about things I've wanted to do within my yard. Even though I have my own crew for our properties I trust Mitch more than I trust our crew, whom my husband hired. He is a true gentleman and doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to what may or may not be needed. He is a true gentleman that has a heart of gold and a passion for lawn maintenance.  Couldn't ask for a better friend .

Didn't show up to see property for quote, then gave an off-the-cuff estimate that was outrageous considering our miniscule lot and minimal upkeep. Never spoke with them after we declined to pay $125 for a quick mowing job.

I personally came by to see property on 10/2/21. Also stated in very first interaction that we have $75/min, no matter what size the lawn is. Went on to explain the lawn was NOT a good fit for us due to the  distance and  time involved in completing it. The estimate reflects the labor involved.  I went out of my way to provide them last minute mowing. In the end, THEY decided not to accept.  I will Gladly provide the entire Text exchange to anyone who would like further documentation.  :)
