Most things are super easy to find, and prices are affordable.  For what I can't find, employers are excellent and always go the extra mile to help.  The garden center is clean and well organized, the plants they offer are usually in excellent condition.  I can't think of a time when I couldn't get what I needed for my project at Home Depot.

If Home Depot wants to keep their customer base, they should try a bit harder to get policy change information out. When Disabled Veterans like myself spend time shopping, only to be shown the door upon checkout when their discount is denied, they will indeed loose sales.  On Monday, you lost a $500+ sale to Lowe's based on lack of policy info and rude cashiers.......Too Bad, So Sad 😞

I ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer on Sunday and they were delivered on Tuesday morning. The guys setting them up was very professional and friendly. I am very happy with my entire experience.

Employee was playing on the phone at the self checkout when we asked for assistance with A veteran discount, the guy proceeded to ignore us after we asked for help while he continued to play on his phone and told us to wait a minute, never even looked up from his phone. This is not the first incident with extremely poor customer service.

As usual, HD strikes out, AGAIN. First, merchandise on the shelves looks ad though it was drug down the street.  Second, they don't bother to tell veterans about their new policy for discounts, until your standing at the register, and the Old Bat cashier treats you like your stupid for not having an app..
It's our usual MO at this store, walk around, find nothing worth buying, walking out and going to LOWES and finding everything you need, new, with friendly employees.  It's a no brainer......
