  I have used this company for many years maybe 20. Last year I decided to take advantage of pay full year in advance. I had to call to remind them it was time to come. They missed applications totaling. Never had this problem when for each application separately. An appointment was made for last Thursday and they were unable to come. Appointment set up for Friday. I have not heard from them at all. I have left several messages to please call with no response. They still owe me for two applications Poor customer service!!!!!
