  to be honest, last year I gave them 5 stars, today t took 4 stars from them. I have my reasons. I bought a stihl chainsaw 4 months ago at that store. after some use of couple months the sparkplug came out. Thread was completely stripped. I brought it back to the store and he said if not able to re threading he had to buy a new cap. 3 weeks later I stopped by to see if chainsaw was fixed but answer was we are getting close. a week later I was in town, and stopped because it was close to 30 days, guess what, STILL NOT FIXED. He even lost my ticket. I asked for chainsaw back and left his shop. He lost a costumer with being lazy. sorry but don't do business there if u are in a rush.
