  We had Simtech remove all of the surface around my pool and replace it when the pool repairs were finished. They also repaired some lawn areas and put down mulch. They did a great job and were great to work with. Bear was responsive to my requests, and flexible when I changed things. I would certainly do business with them again. (See before and after photos)

  We had SimTech do a stamped concrete patio and sidewalk at the end of May 2021. They did a fantastic job and I will absolutely use them again for any future projects. The owner and crew were great to work with. They went above and beyond to handle any changes we threw at them and got the job done on schedule. You will not be disappointed if you choose SimTech!

  Bear and team built us a lovely wooden privacy fence in under 4 hours. As a bonus, they also filled in all the holes my dogs had dug, which unexpectedly saved us a miserable weekend afternoon. Great work!
