I paid the "early payment program" for my Xmas lights this year and 1) They never called me for my "early installation promise".  2) I left 4-5 messages about trying to get the date that I expected by paying them in the summer early 3) once I finally got a date they didn't show and after two more reschedules I final got my lights installed.  4) Take down had the same problem - I guess I am supposed to have my lights up until the end of January?    Finally - now that I know I am enver using these guys again I shopped the service for next year - they are 35% higher than market rates in the Boise/Meridian area.   Too bad I can't give them zero stars

I do not recommend use using Senske as they did not show up for their appointment, called to tell me after the appointment was missed, and treated me rudely. They seem to forget they have competition. I have used them for Christmas lights, and because of this experience I will not use them again. Mike Kendall is extremely rude. I will not be back.

Two different people from Senske came to give me a bid on taking down trees, neither got a bid to me and both failed to call me and tell me they didn't want to bid. That is just not very good public relations!

What a great crew! They listened to us and were very professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job cleaning up. They did such a great job removing the 60 foot tall juniper that fell on the neighbors roof partly in a storm that we hired them to take out 2 more junipers that died. I reccommended them to my sister and they did a great job for her too.  I highly reccommend them for any tree removal job! Thank you guys!

Beware of using this company! I was scheduled twice for lawn aeration and seeding. I prepared my lawn which included raking leaves this last time and keeping my dog in. I was left a message both times around 5:30 pm saying sorry that they wouldn’t be able to do the service and that it would be rescheduled. I never received a follow up call the first time and when I called on the first service was told I would be called in one to two days. I was not contacted and again had to call and was told they were coming this past Monday and the exact same thing happened. I just canceled my services as clearly they can’t provide them anyway. Don’t waste your time with them like I did!

My lawn turned out to be absolute trash by the time I cancelled my services with Senske. The cancellation process did not have any follow up with little to no concern on my cancellation. Overall, I am very underwhelmed with services that Senske provided.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the way Senske takes care of their paying customers.
We went through them twice for holiday decor and have paid a total of $800.
I noticed that our rain gutter was completely bent and that the plastic clips to hang the Christmas lights were left inside the rain gutter. I had the rain gutters installed not even two years ago.
The person who took them down clearly didn’t take the time to take off the lights one by one. Instead, they tore them off my rain gutter and caused it to bend permanently.
I have constantly tried to contact the management team through Senske. All they do is ignore my emails and my phone calls. The few times that I’ve gotten a hold of management, they make excuses and put it off as if it doesn’t matter.
Very unprofessional business if you ask me. And I would NOT recommend them to anybody unless you want damage done to your property.
My next step will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General because it is obvious they don’t want to take responsibility for damaging my property. Which in my opinion, makes them look a lot worse.

I scheduled an appointment for someone to come look at a tree that has storm damage. It was scheduled for last Friday afternoon. No one ever came. I called on Tuesday to see if I had the date wrong. They said the date was correct, apologized for no one coming, and rescheduled for the same time this Friday (today). Again, no one ever came.

I had a lawn aeration and over seeding scheduled for 4/21/2021,  between 8:00AM and 12:00 noon. I made it clear when I scheduled the service that I wanted to be there and that I would be gone in the afternoon. The technician called at around1:00 PM and said he could be there at 2:00 of 2:30. Since I would not be home I told him to cancel the appointment. Then, when we returned home on 5/31/2021 after being out of town for the Memorial Day weekend, I noticed that the lawn had been aerated and an invoice was on the front door. I had not rescheduled the service. I have called Senske trying to resolve the bill, but have been told each time a supervisor would call me back to discuss the issue. No one has called back.

Mike came to do an estimate. He advised against what I had hoped. I so much appreciated his honesty and frankness. He could have taking me for the expense of a treatment or two but opted for honesty. You can't beat that especially in this day and age.
