  Last fall I called to have our sprinkler system blown out, I thought early enough have it completed by the first real cold snap. Unfortunately Mother Nature surprised us a bit earlier & colder than expected. I believe they did their best to get to everyone they could & I appreciated their efforts. They were upfront & honest with their scheduling, told me they would try to make it but could not guarantee it. Even if my system has some freeze breaks I will continue to use Rainmaker, knowing they worked against the clock the best they could & always gives me honest, great customer service.

  Horrible service. Arranged to have sprinkler blowout done and had to call twice to confirm appointment. They promised to do it the week before a cold spell and never showed up. I'm likely now looking at frozen pipes. When I called to complain about not having the courtesy to at least call and tell me they couldn't keep the appointment, I was told "we just have too many people we would have to call". Totally unacceptable. Look elsewhere.

  Only sprinkler place that I could actually get ahold of. They didn’t charge me for the first appointment and helped out a ton. He also showed me and taught me a lot. Thanks. Conner
