  Stan promptly arrived at the designated time to provide an estimate for the work I needed done. He was knowledgeable and pleasant and we discussed various aspects of the pruning, particularly the major cut to the olive tree. I appreciated his input to wait a couple years before shaping two young trees and his recommendation for a tree replacement. Highly recommend.

  Came out and looked at the trees I needed trimmed. Few days later had a quote. Few days after that I agreed to the quote. A month later no one has reached back out to schedule a day or give me any update. Pretty sure they forgot about me. Guess I will be looking for another tree trimming service.

  This was our first time with R.O. Landscape & Tree Service, and we came away really impressed. Great customer service and friendly professionalism from everyone. Jennifer took our call, answered our questions and kept us informed about the appointment and billing. Stan, an arborist, visited our home to evaluate our big mesquites, answered more questions and came up with a price estimate. Pete, an arborist and expert climber, and fellow crew members John and Chad provided first-rate trimming and cleanup over several hours. And they left us with some nice firewood, which we had requested. The thinned-out trees look great!
