  Stephen at Proficient Lawn has been doing my lawn service for > 12 yr now. He does a very thorough job—mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing out debris at the end. Also his rates are very reasonable. I would recommend Proficient lawn to anyone in the tallahassee area!

  Stephen, the owner, just texted me this 9/11/2018 "I'm sorry I've been trying to work you on schedule, but have a full schedule and don't want to keep you waiting for service. I'm sorry don't have the time and room on schedule to continue service." After he has left my grass uncut for one month. He didn't come cut it one last time and then discontinue services. My home looks a wreck. Stephen gave me an initial quote, added me to his schedule serviced my home three times and then just texted me this message. My lawn looks a mess. He offered no alternative, just sends a text to discontinue services after stating that he would get to my lawn last week after the Labor Day holiday and rain. I'm highly disappointed in how he has chosen to conduct his business and I couldn't in good conscience recommend his services. Awful professionalism. Just AWFUL!
