  I needed an storage immediately, so when I seen Prime Storage while driving down Wade Hampton Blvd, I decided to call them. I spoke to a lady who reserved a storage to small for my furniture. They took the money out my account before I was able to confirmed my storage space. She clearly told me over the phone there wouldn’t be any money coming out my account until I sign the paperwork. Once there I discovered that the storage was twice the size smaller than I expected. Thanks to the guy there the day I was moving, he helped me get a bigger size storage, but it ended up costing me more than what had originally been quoted to me. They also charged me for rental insurance I told him and showed him on my phone that I had. He told me I had to email the declaration page. Well, I couldn’t just email the declaration page without emailing all the pages off my phone. Needless to say, I feel this is just a tactic to get the extra money for insurance. It’s amazing the things people come up with. Thus far I haven’t had a good experience with them.

  Seemless online booking. Great clean and safe space. We had a terrible experience with a different climate controlled storage unit but you can tell each time you go in here that the temperature remains constant. Planning on using them again. Great customer service too when checking in.

  Prime Storage in Taylors, SC is a great place to store your extras or in our case, our travel trailer that can’t be stored at our home. The staff was super friendly and helpful in providing the information required to ensure we rented what would best suit our need. The rental process was quick and easy. We now have peace of mind that our belongings are secure! Thanks, Prime Storage.
