  Love these folks! Helpful and on time! Called back immediately and contacted us when we had questions afterwards. Not sure why the other folks stated they have had issues but Mindy was so amazing at taking care of us!!

  I hired Pioneer Tree Service to landscape my yard last November. They were very prompt to do the job. They planted some Ottolucan Laurel for me which I watered and fertilized as per their specifications. I have had no new growth on the plants. Leaf tips are all turning brown. I have sent emails and pictures to Eli, spoke with his wife and after two weeks of emails and trying to communicate with Eli, I have had NO response. I asked his wife to give me the name of the plant vendor and I would contact them, no help so far. Pioneer is great at taking your money for the service but horrible with follow up support.

  What can I say absolutely dynamite company super fair on price and professional. Definitely the best company on whidbey island.
