  10/8/19 update, changed to one star as I still can’t get a call back to discuss the bills they are sending me for services not completed. Time to cancel services all together from them, but how? That’s so sad! Used them a year ago and cancelled mid season because no one would ever call me back as I wanted to know a day before they came out to treat the lawn. Gave them a second chance this year, I am getting calls now before they come out to treat the lawn but I still can't get the office to call me regarding another project they billed for but didn't finish. Customer service is not their thing.

  If I could give them a 0 I would. I cancelled their service back in May. They continued to mow and charge me. (It is a rental property and I live out of state). I left 3 messages asking them to stop service. NO call back and kept mowing. Now they are demanding payment or taking me to court. The reason we wanted to cancel them in the first place is because they SUCK! Asked them to cut grass, pull weeds and keep bushes trimmed. We get to the property and it is a jungle. Don’t waste your time!
