These guys are awesome! Not only did I get my parts at an awesome price they also gave me there field techs number who was able to help me locate a fuse problem at no charge!! Talk about awesome family service! These guys have my business for life! Shout out to Leaf!!

Needed belts for my X300R tractor mower. Had them and the idler pulleys. Saved $200 - 300 by doing it myself. LIKE NEW AGAIN.

Service has always been slow here regardless of ownership, but now that Papé owns the business, they won't sell you parts without setting up an account. I want to shop local and have been willing to pay more to support local businesses, but they shouldn't need my contact info to sell me a mower blade. I'm done trying to do business here.

The customer service is above the rest. From the service department Ryan, and sales Rhett they graciously took my calls answered all my questions and if they didn't have an answer at that time would call me back with it. I drove 5 hours to get to Yakima and the paperwork and tractor were ready to go.  They walked me through and around my new 5045E explaining and showing the functions.  And the same with the paperwork.  I would definitely recommend them and will definitely do more business with them in the future.

Had my John Deere riding lawn mower steering repaired here.  The deck was left unattached to the frame on one side, several washers and a cotter pin were missing.  The bracket holding the deck to the frame was put on backward and the deck itself was 1/4 inch higher on one side than the other when I got it back.  Mowed twice and on the 3rd attempt to mow the steering broke again.  I will never have them fix my rider again.

We had the pleasure of working with Rhett at Washington Tractor in Yakima.  From the first call to tractor sale, he was very kind, knowledgeable, and wanted to make sure that we were buying the right tractor for our needs and not worried about the sale.  This was the most pleasurable and hassle-free buying experience that we have ever had.  Rhett even came out and went over everything after delivery and he included John Deere toys for our kids!   10+/10.  Thanks Rhett!

Picked up a used riding lawnmower here, everything about the process was excellent - salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, stayed in contact while it went through the shop and got things fixed up, and it runs great.

Just have to say.......  Rhett the salesman is a stud!  The whole buying experience was a breeze!  From the first call about the equipment, to the final wrap up, Rhett took care of us!
We were in a bind, and needed a tractor with a grapple in a week.  Rhett made it happen, even when parts were hard to come by.

Thanks a lot for the great experience!  We will definitely be back to buy more stuff!
