My Ariens snowblower had a flat tire, and I could not make it hold air. I took it to Outdoor Power, expecting fair, scrupulous service. I got neither. They charged me 35 dollars to inflate the tire. My bad. Let the buyer beware. I gave them one star because there is no option to give them none. They will never see me again! Be prepared to get clipped good if you go there.

We have used Outdoor Power on Caughdenoy Road for over the last 10 years! We all know how frustrating it is to have your lawn mower break down and with COVID shortages … equipment and personal can make it even worse… they have always been very friendly and professional! This last visit they went above and beyond what we expected and want to publicly thank them! We always store and get our lawn mower tuned up over the winter with them which has been a tremendous service they offer! Please check them out!!

This location sold me a “new” cub cadet with 40 hours on the machine. The battery will not hold a charge and Outdoor Power will not return my calls. Avoid if possible.

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with my snowblower, it was a possible factory defect and they no questions asked accepted my snowblower as a return and sold me a different one! I will be highly recommending them to family and friends and would gladly drive the 1:15 to make future purchases through them!

I'm the parts manager of another OPE company.  They didn't hesitate a second to take care of me and get my customer up and running with a part that Toro has a 2 month back log on. Thanks guys!

Called on a Thursday to have my snowblower repaired.  They came to my house and picked it up the next day.  By Thursday the next week it was fixed and delivered back to my house.  Pickup and delivery fee was very reasonable ( I live in East Syracuse ).   Seeing as it's probably their busy season for snow equipment repair,  I am very happy with the turnaround time, not to mention the price.  Would definitely recommend them.

I thought the place was great and I've never done service with them. A friend bought a snow blower a few years ago, told me what he paid and very fair compared to just about everyone that sells snow blowers. Anyway he was having a problem with it starting, I was in his garage when he called, next day pick up they said. The next night hanging in the garage the blower was picked up and at the shop, they said about 5 days, well 3 days later it was back starting just fine something minor with the carburetor. They did not rip him off, probably could have but didn't ...... As far as I'm concerned that's good business. I joke with my buddy that if my twice as old John Deere ever dies on me I'm going to Outdoor Power.

I usually have had good experiences at Outdoor Power. I have gone there multiple times for parts for my Toro riding mower. If they do not have the parts in stock. They will order them promptly. They can be a bit pricey but their service is good.

Bought a brand new Gravely Pro Turn 260 the end of 2017. It has left me stranded many times. Keeps blowing fuses. Had it serviced by them the first time and it still keeps happening. They said it was a loose ground wire the first time. That definitely didn't fix it. Now I just keep extra fuses with me as it keeps happening until I bring it to another Gravely dealer for it to be fixed properly. It has less than 50 hours on it!!! They treat you like your nothing and your business doesn't mean anything to them unless you spend $100,000 at their place a year. They definitely don't care about the little landscapers. I will NEVER go back to their business and spend money. I would NOT recommend using this dealership.

I was referred here- dropped off a push mower that cost me about $100 brand new and a john deere rider about 10 years old only 50 hours on it- was told worse case scenario $600- I pick it up it was $750- and also donated another push mower for parts and what not- then left my zero turn that i bought 2 years ago - has not even 30 hours on it- guy called me and said almost $400- I finally said something  he took $50 off- IDK great service but I will never go back- felt like I completely was taking advantage of and I will shop around next year - I used to run an automobile shop and I do understand service but I am sorry- way over priced for service- also called them back after this post bc out of the dozen times I mowed lawn blade fell off, so I called to see why it would just fall off. Not even a return call. I will never ever do business here again.
