  Contacted the owner on April 3rd. Have stated that they started mowing on April 11th. They never came or called me to let me know that they were delayed. Contacted the owner again yesterday to let him know that no one showed. He messaged me this morning to say that their equipment wouldn't "fit" into my yard. Since they did the work last season, they should have known to use a self proppelled mower not a riding mower. Have called the owner twice today and he has not responded to my call. What a horrible way to do business!!!

  At first I was really pleased with the work this company, but after a month or so, I became a little disappointed. The work they did cutting the new borders looks great but now there is quite a bit of grass coming through. I expected some growth but now I am going to need weed/grass killer to get rid of the pockets that are growing. My fault for not insisting they use landscaping fabric before adding the mulch. Still very reasonable pricing and they did put a lot of effort into the work.

  Completely unprofessional. Very rude and never sent us a bill for the lawn services. When we requested an invoice the owner Ken sent us an invoice labeled “Dummy copy”. Really? Good luck holding up the business because this will be posted everywhere and anywhere.
