  Unresponsive and unprofessional. Look elsewhere. Here's how our interaction went over the span of two weeks time: I emailed them for a quote and he said he would look at it the following day. Two or three days passed without any word from him so I reached out again asking. It then took another two days to finally get my quote. I responded to the quote THAT SAME DAY saying the quoted price and frequency sounds great. - After that I get no response to my email for a week. - After all that, he finally responded to my text and said "I looked at it a while back, dont remember any discussion about doing it though" Are you kidding me? I asked for a quote and said the provided quote sounded good. Pretty sure most of the good reviews are fakes too. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

  Very unprofessional, customer service was god awful. Absolutely no compromise, the only positive is that they were blunt, upfront, and honest about there inabilities to get the job done.

  You stated that it was a rental property (with a fenced in back yard) that you had moved into over a month ago & had not yet mowed the yard. All I did was let you know that we were not interested in the job. Nothing unprofessional about it & no reason for the review.
