Are you looking for Quailty? I personally work for Neat and Green, we strive to stand out from any other company. We take our jobs very seriously and we respect our customers and their properties.

Called and spoke to CSR on 4.19.21 set up a drive by/walk through quote for 2pm on 4.20.21 for 2 acre lawn that needs weekly mowing and edging. Was told I didn't need to be present and that I would hear back that evening or the next day, haven't heard a word from anyone to-date. With initial customer service like this, I can only imagine the hassle dealing with the company all season would be like.

We had some bushes and flowering trees trimmed this summer.  The crew did an excellent job.  They were efficient and polite.  Our trees and bushes looked great when they were done.  Just be sure to get an estimate in writing before you get a job done so there is no confusion about how much you will be charged.

James and his crew removed a large tree, grounded out the stump, cleaned up the site, filled with soil and seeded.  James responded promptly to our request for a quote.  The crew arrived as scheduled and worked non-stop throughout the day.  They did a great job at a reasonable price. Thank you!

They definitely go above and beyond when they take care of your property! The best quality lawn care company I have ever seen!

I hate these guys. I really, really do. I'm stoked we no longer use them.

-They work on multiple properties at once, instead of one at a time. While I understand that it's more efficient for them, this results in that they're here all day. As people with grass allergies, we can't enjoy our patio due to the all the flying grass, not to mention the noise pollution.

- They're parking far out from the curb, making the roads tight, and directly behind people's driveways, which is a violation of the Michigan Vehicle Code. We've also caught them parking in both our and our neighbor's driveways. Once, our neighbor couldn't even park her own car in her driveway as a result, and had to yell at them to get them to move it.

- Damage: They destroy the everyone's downspouts and don't replace them. They collide with the patios with their riding mowers, knocking off some of the smaller support beams, without informing us or replacing them.

- They take smoke breaks on people's private properties.

- They mow the lawn in the same direction every single time, giving us lots of random patches of long grass that never gets cut, thanks to grass adapting the direction it grows. You heard me: they're outsmarted by grass.

Very disappointed!  We had them do yearly maintenance on our lawn mower and they put on new blades.  Not only did they put the blades on wrong (which then burnt our grass when we went to mow) but they also were awful about times they were supposed to pick up the mower (sometime Tue. turned into Wed. night at 6).  When they took our mower in to fix the blades we didn't hear from them at all about the problem or returning the mower.  When I called the shop lady promised that our mower would be delivered that day even if she had to deliver it herself because it had been fixed and sitting there (fixed because they installed wrong) they did not follow through on this promise,  no mower was returned to us that day.  I called about 8pm that night leaving a message stating that I wanted our mower returned the next morning and someone to call me ASAP about how to handle our situation.  The mower was dropped off without any call or notice.  No apology, letter, reduction off our bill.....NOTHING.  Unfortunately we paid our bill in full before we ever mowed with the mower, lesson learned!

Our mower blew up last weekend so I called and they squeezed me in same day! I've not had good experience with customer service with certain lawn care places in Mount Pleasant but this guy was extremely kind and understanding.

Their product is awesome, but they often come several days after they tell you, so it's hard to plan.

Very professional and experienced employees.  Great service along with great customer relations.  I highly recommend there many services.
