  They have no consideration to anyone at all. They first brought in 12 concrete trucks starting at 1am and lasted till 7am that kept the whole neighborhood awake all night. They then let their contractors start working at 6am on Saturday and Sunday mornings making it impossible to sleep past 6am on the weekend. One of the contractors told me that they were told to put more time on other projects because this house was not as urgent as their other projects which is why no one seems to show up until the weekends. They have been working on this house for over a year which is ridiculous. If this house was in the city, they would have been fined for noise ordnance by now. They are taking advantage of this fact. My neighbor told me that he has called in to this company a few times asking them to tell their contractors to not start on the weekends until 9am. He said he was told that they can not control what their contractors do. You can tell by their reviews that they have no concern about their customers or being responsible business owners.

  Our sprinkler line was cut by a contractor working next door. I called Mills and they were able to have someone come to do a temporary repair that day. Cooter and his crew called to let us know they were coming and completed the repair. Cooter was also able to schedule an appointment to permanently repair the line. I was impressed with his professionalism and his work. We will definetly use them again.
