  So the first time I had a problem with this company is when I come outside to get in my truck and it is covered in dust and leaves. I went outside right as they were driving off. Called the office and was called by the owner of the business. Tried telling him to come back and fix it but he said it is not my problem. Today 925ish mowing neighbor's yard same results. They are consistent in no cleaning up after them self. I would think if I own a business I would check behind my workers to ensure the job was done correctly. Fix the problem

  The fact that we are a huge company from scratch and continue to grow states otherwise than the picture your trying to come here and paint of my company. We do follow behind our workers all the time. If we missed something maybe give us a call and we will come fix the problem. None of the 3 crew runners or my secretary has had a call.   Have used MBT Lawn Specialist for 10 years! Derek is conscientious and works as hard as his crew. They do a great job, are dependable, and responsive to any special requests. So pleased with the relationship we have with this fine company.

  Had an issue being over billed for the better part of a year, the owner constantly making excuses for the miss billing and very rude about it. The actual workers were on time and very good at their job was 100% Satisfed with the workmanship but customer service has a lot to be desired.

  If you paid your bill on time each moth and the amount it said we could keep it straight. You paid random amounts and when you felt like it and under a non vendor ID at times. Training a new secretary and trying to figure out your method was virtually impossible. Dont get it twisted I dropped you as a customer first you didn't make this move. Even though you had this complaint you didn't want to leave a review until I told you we are only interested in doing business with people who pay their bill on a monthly basis. This isn't a unreasonable request you just got offended and came here with it.
