  The tech was very helpful in helping me diagnose the problem I had been having with my mower for awhile. It's finally fixed now. Unfortunately they didn't have the part I needed in stock. I'll give them my business next time. They usually have the part I need in stock.

  Bought a new chain for chainsaw and left old one to be sharpened. I was not told how long it would take to be sharpened or that it would be “thrown away” after 21 days. No phone call that it was ready for pick up. Owner jumped in on conversation, he was completely rude and combative right off and explained I should have read his posted policies, which is about 5 or 6 pages by register. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

  My ExMark needed a new engine... the guys got me in and out in a timely manner. ExMark makes a great product. Good service good prices great staff
