  I called to get an estimate to have yard debris removed from my property I m clearing.. An appointment was set but no one showed up for the appointment nor called to cancel it. 2 weeks later I received an email saying they went up there and I had 8 loads... made no sense because they had no idea what I was asking them to bid because they didn’t meet me to know.

  Lutz has done a few projects for us from excavation, property leveling and delivery of dirt/gravel product We have had good experiences, and will continue to use them in the future.

  This is the worst company that ever existed, bar none!!! They are totally dishonest and do a lousy job. They gave us a bid for one price to excavate our house and charged us $40,000 more than they said they would. We can't get them to come back and fix their mess. What kind on idiots put road base in the yard where grass is obviously going? So now we are stuck with the mess because we were out of town and weren't here to babysit them when they did it. And because they way over charged us, our house appraised for way less than we paid for it even though we did $50,000 worth of sweat equity. It will take us years of working our buts off to make up the difference.

  We never worked directly for this customer, it was their contractor that hired us, lined us out on work, all according the the customers budget. Work was completed according to contract. We feel bad there wasn't room in the budget for the additional work that needed done to be completed.
