  Such a terrible experience with this company. I hired them to do a landscape cleanup job to clean up the yard and redo the mulch, trim everything up. They were an absolute nightmare to deal with. They were also hired for weekly mowing and that quickly went south as they would not cut the grass as short as requested

  I know this was in the past but feel the need to reply. We were working with Mary’s personal assistant and everything went well, we did the work requested and she was satisfied. The picture of the grass was taken long after we mutually agreed to discontinue mowing because we do not cut lawns at a height that is not healthy for the turf grass. The grass never grew that tall between mowings when we serviced the property. This is an unfair assessment of our work and does not represent the level of service we provide.   I’m sorry you feel this way. We did everything our contract required. We weren’t able to cut down a tree for you because it was in the power wires and unsafe for our crews. You asked for new bid around February and you informed us you would let us know if you wished to continue having us work for you. We never heard from you so we filled our schedule with other accounts. It is now late April and you are just now getting back to us. Not a fair reason to give us a negative review.
